Do I have to be in a relationship to join the retreat?
Our retreat is designed for both singles and couples who want to find unconditional self-love. Come with friends, your partner, or by yourself!
What should I expect to take away from the retreat?
We suggest you to come with an open heart and let our classes, workshops, delicious food and amazing nature nourish your body and your soul.
What language will workshops be held?
The workshops and the classes will be in English. If you require Spanish, an interpreter will be made available.
Are free times scheduled throughout the retreat?
Yes we are giving you plenty of free time so you can enjoy Tulum’s favorite destinations or relax and do nothing by the beach.
What type of yoga will be held?
We will have a wide range of yoga classes in this retreat:
Mind/Body Hatha Yoga: In this class you can expect a soothing and calming meditation and a mindful, soulful asana practice.
Aligned Flow Yoga: Aligned Flow is a strong, playful, inclusive teaching method with so much attention to alignment. Get ready to sweat, play, be challenged and have fun!
Sweat to Surrender: Power Flow meets Yin! As you can tell from the name we will sweat with a power flow practice and then we will surrender to the sweetness of Yin.
Yin and Restorative Yoga: Yin Yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Restorative enables deep relaxation as you holding poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you.
What measures and health protocols are being implemented in relationship to COVID?
Your safety and health is our priority. Our hotel management, staff and retreat hosts will take all the measurements to make sure your stay will be safe. All the rooms, restaurant, yoga studio and all the common areas will be disinfected frequently. All the hotel staff will be wearing face masks. We will have hand sanitizers situated around the hotel.
How do I get to Tulum?
Cancun International Airport is located a 90 minute car ride north of Tulum. To get to Tulum you can either rent a car, take a taxi, or share a shuttle to Alaya Tulum.
We are more than happy to arrange for your airport pick up and drop off.

Is transportation included throughout my stay.
Transport to and from the airport is not included. Transport for retreat excursions is included.

If I have dietary restrictions, can you accommodate the menu for me?
Yes of course. You need to inform us when you sign up for the retreat so we can see if there might be an additional charge.

I Am Love Retreats Cancellation Policy
Deposits and Payments
A deposit of 50% of the total cost, including taxes, is required to guarantee your reservation. The remaining 50% of the stay will be charged upon arrival, at check-in.
Cancellations
Cancellation of reservation up to 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $100USD administrative fee. Cancellation received 59 days or less prior to date of arrival will be subject to penalty of the 50% deposit received.
Changes
Any modification is subject to availability. In case there is a difference in the rate, it must be covered by the client. Under no circumstance should a new rate be lower will the hotel reimburse or apply credits. The cancellation policy applies according to the initial date of purchase.
No Show and Early Departures
In case of no show the deposit will be applied without option of refund for the period covered and the room will be released at the corresponding check out time. Any early departure does not generate any refund or liability for the hotel.
